Greatings all! Constantine is the name and fear is my speciality. Now you may ask how is fear your speciality? Well let me tell you, I am a Spriggan. And for those of you that just crawled out from under a rock and have no clue what a Spriggan is I will gladly explain. We Spriggan are kindly referred to as "The Boogie Man", we feed from the breath and the fear of children. How barbaric! you say. And I say nonsence, we are no different that you. We may feed from the children but we do not kill them, we are not barbarians after all......

Now for those of you that might be new to the city I am the town's sherif, the public face of the Prince's law, and it's chief arbiter. So if your going to sticking around mind your step and we will get along just fine.

So untill next time remember....... The Boogie Man is watching you.
